Olisah Metuh Arrives Court For His Bail Hearing in Handcuffs.



National Publicity Secretary of PDP, Olisa Metuh arrived in court today for his bail hearing in handcuffs. Metuh was arraigned on a 7-count charge of corruption and money laundering. More picx after the jump.
