Lucky Jamie Bateson has a job that millions of football fans could only dream of –playing FIFA all day.
He quit as a mechanic and now makes a living posting online videos of himself playing one of the world’s most popular games.
It started as a friendly virtual reality kickabout with his dad in 1997.
But it has spiralled into a full-time job for James, 28, from Kendal, Cumbria.
He has 168,456,254 views and 742,472 subscribers on his YouTube channel, Bateson87.
Jamie’s career began when he started recording videos of himself playing FIFA and posting them online.
But before long he had received interest from international investors and was able to quit his job and start working from home.
